Special Events Hospitality Committees
Mission:
Special events committees will come under the care of the Meeting:
- Any Friend wishing to provide hospitality for an event will go to Meeting for Business to receive permission for that event. Once permission has been given, and during that same Business Meeting, a committee will be chosen which will be responsible for providing hospitality for that one event
- If Meeting plans a special event, it will need to have a separate, special event hospitality committee chosen for that occasion
- First Day Hospitality Committee members may provide assistance for these special events, but are not in charge. The members of this committee will also do their best to be available to assist with the various pot luck meals during the year, but are not in charge of these gatherings
